As a second generation realtor, he was raised in a family where real estate was the primary occupation. He has a passion for the business and a steadfast dedication to his clients. As a licensed agent, he brings over five years of experience to the table and is adept at handling any transaction, regardless of property type or price point.
He is highly motivated, determined and hands on with each sale from start to finish. In addition, Fred does everything possible to make sure his clients find exactly what they are looking for. He loves what he does and is very grateful that he is able to pursue his passion for a living. As such, he does not take his responsibilities lightly, he always goes the extra mile for total client satisfaction.
In addition to real estate, Fred’s passions include practical shooting and mountain biking. He lives in B.F. Homes – Paranaque, a community he knows intimately. He also does a great deal of business in the Makati and Alabang Central Business District Area.
